She earned her B.S. from Morgan State University and a Master's in Social Work from Howard University. It was the "wild hundreds" that cultivated her thoroughbred spirit. It was the adventures of 2361 that deepened her sense of self-determination. Onward into her teenage years, she grew to pass the hundreds into the Island of Stoney, otherwise known as Stoney Island. These are landmarks that Chicagoans can mostly appreciate; however, they were very relevant in cultivating the woman she is today. The experiences of the South Side and life in Chicago facilitated Nadiyah's love for problem-solving , creativity, and social activism. She is a skilled psychotherapist and non-profit and corporate professional with experience in Social Science Research, Elementary Education, Community Organizing, Human Resources, and Mentoring. Nadiyah is also the founder of SHE (Soul Healing Experience). SHE offers integrated mental health and social wellness services and products. Nadiyah has a deep passion for interpersonal relationships, professional wellness, and personal development. She believes that through personal empowerment, people will have the strength and endurance to facilitate progressive change in their lives and communities. Nadiyah was created on the south side of Chicago and it is her goal to impact the world.
